Company founder, Alistair McLean said sorry for any offense he may have caused. P&O ship Ventura’s cruise was ruined during the New Year in the Caribbean for many passengers when the cruise firm dumped hundreds of cabins at rock bottom prices. Some passengers had paid upwards of £2,000. But when P&O was hit by last minute cancellations, they flogged the cabins for as little as £900.00 for the same 7-night New Year luxury cruise. It was alleged two chavs tried to set fire to a Christmas tree. Some of the chavs were forced off the ship, when the captain missed ports to meet armed police at one port to restore law and order onboard. He was shouted down when he tried to count in the New Year.

A UK tour operator has advertised a “chav-free” holiday by sending an email to 24,000 customers stating that their excursions were designed for hardworking middle class people who don’t want their cruises ruined by hordes of hard-partying larger louts.
