Whether it’s a quick romantic hop over to Holland with your loved one, or snatch the whole family and get-away from the January blues, Amsterdam really has something to suit all. DFDS prices, following our search of their website www.dfds.co.uk offered two nights onboard with en suite cabin from £69 per couple. The offer is smack bang in the middle of February’s half term school holidays – so, what are you waiting for…. It’s was a 26-hour journey, but the sailing almost went too quickly thanks, mainly to the comfy cabin, the wide choice of food offered in the restaurants, the bars the entertainment and films. DFDS will then transport you into Amsterdam where you can spend the day exploring the sights, with the city centre so small, I found it the ideal place to just simply wander about the museums, shops and it’s great for people watching in the hundreds of glass-fronted cafes and bars.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Two nights on board ship in an en suite cabin
