SOON the ultimate Indian restaurant opens for business when P&O Cruises launches Azura. Azura is the next generation of cruise ship to join the fleet of P&O, being built in Italy, and enters service in 2010.
Most of the onboard facilities of this new super liner will pander to UK tastes.
The curry spice restaurant will be a creation of Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar and will be called – Sindhu, meaning ‘meeting place’.
Other features will include: a British Pub, 18 single staterooms, two large staterooms for groups or families, 900 other cabins with your own private balconies and a swimming pool complex with open air cinema.
