HURRICANE Paloma strengthened to a Category Three storm and was this morning dangerously close to Little Cayman and Cayman Brac.At 0300GMT the storm was 250 miles off Cuba, US National Hurricane Centre told Holidayinsiders.com It said that Paloma could strengthen further as it moved towards Cuba, bringing strong water surges. Crystal Cruises and Disney Cruises are the only lines to amend programmes this morning. Paloma is the fifth hurricane to hit Cuba this season. Paloma is the 16th storm of the Atlantic storm season and the eighth hurricane. It has already brought heavy rain to parts of Hunduras and Nicaragua.
