TROPICAL storm Nana, the 14th this season, is now forming in the Atlantic to the west of the Cape Verfe Islands. At the end of last week Cruise liners were forced to scatter, fishermen pulled in their boats and hotels warned tourists away from beaches as Hurricane Norbert bore down on Mexico's southern Baja California peninsula. Norbert, with winds of 105mph, passed over Mexico dumping heavy rain along a relatively unpopulated stretch north of the resort of Cabo San Lucas. The Hurricane was moving fast over the west coast of Baja California from Puerto San Andresito to Agua Blanca. Forecasters said it is weakening somewhat now that it has hit land. Carnival made changes to two ships in the region Elation and Pride. Princess Cruises confirmed Island Princess missed Puerto Vallarta y'day and was now forced to head back to its home port of Los Angeles. NCL amend its Norwegian Sun, and missing Cabo San Lucas.
