It looks certain that Carnival's damaged cruise pier in Cozumel will reopen. Reports from the Island say that after nearly three years since Hurricane Wilma devastated the Island, the pier will open earlier than planned. Thousands of visitors a year have had to either tender of Carnival ships or make use to the other two piers, but due to volume of ships visiting the popular Island Carnival has not been able to dock.
